Agreement to These Terms
NewReview is operated by LongevityMD LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 1021 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001. We operate the website at https://newreview.com (the "Site"), along with related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in another reasonable way. Continued use of the Services after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
Our Services
NewReview provides editorial reviews, curated coupon codes, deal listings, and related content covering beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, supplement, and similar consumer brands. Some of the brands and offers featured on NewReview are part of affiliate marketing arrangements; we may earn a commission when you complete a qualifying purchase through links on the Site, at no additional cost to you.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may not use the Services. The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual Property
Our content
Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all content on them — including editorial reviews, written brand summaries, logos, page designs, photography we own, illustrations, and the underlying code and structure — are owned or licensed by LongevityMD LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, share via social media or link, and print portions of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services without our prior written permission. Brand logos and product images displayed on NewReview are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes.
Your submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, community coupon codes, comments, reviews, or other content to NewReview ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, publish, and display the Submissions in connection with the Services. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to your Submissions and that they do not infringe any third party's rights.
User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- You will not access or use the Services through automated means (other than search engine crawlers acting in accordance with reasonable practices) or for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- The information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services without our written permission.
- Use bots or automated tools to interact with the Services in ways that strain our infrastructure.
- Submit false or misleading content, including fake coupon codes or impersonated reviews.
- Attempt to bypass any security features of the Services.
- Use the Services to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with another user's ability to use the Services.
- Use any content from the Services in a way that competes commercially with NewReview without permission.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others.
Third-Party Websites and Content
The Services contain links to third-party websites and content — most commonly to brand storefronts, retailer pages, social media platforms, and external articles. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, websites, or accuracy thereof. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk, governed by those sites' own terms.
Coupons, Offers, and Pricing
Coupon codes, deals, and offers listed on NewReview are sourced from brand partners, public announcements, and community submissions. We verify a portion of these offers ("Verified" coupons) and label community-submitted codes separately. Even so:
- Coupon terms, eligibility, and expiration dates are set by the merchant, not by NewReview, and can change without notice.
- A code may stop working, become unavailable, or apply differently at checkout. We do not guarantee that any specific code will work for any specific user or order.
- We are not party to any transaction you complete with a third-party merchant, and we do not handle returns, refunds, or customer support for those purchases.
Services Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services, take legal action against anyone who violates these Terms, refuse or restrict access to any portion of the Services, remove content we consider objectionable, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and the integrity of the Services.
Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason — including for any breach of these Terms. We may remove or modify any content you have submitted at any time, without notice.
Modifications and Interruptions
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available; we are not obligated to maintain or update the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. LongevityMD LLC is located in Wyoming, and you agree that the laws of Wyoming will govern any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and us, the parties will first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting support@newreview.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution.
Any unresolved dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services will be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of a reputable arbitration service, with arbitration to take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or another mutually agreed location (including remote). The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration except as otherwise required by law.
You and we agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties waive any right to a jury trial.
The arbitration agreement does not apply to: (a) actions to enforce or protect intellectual property rights, (b) claims for injunctive relief, or (c) claims that may be brought in small claims court.
Corrections
There may occasionally be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors; that any defects will be corrected; or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of harmful components.
We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any coupon code, brand review, deal, or other content on the Services. Any reliance you place on such content is at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for additional information.
Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will LongevityMD LLC or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us (which, for most users, is $0) or (b) $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LongevityMD LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or demands (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) any Submissions you provide, or (d) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right.
User Data
We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services. While we perform regular routine backups, you are solely responsible for any data you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data.
Electronic Communications, Transactions, and Signatures
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically (via email or on the Services) satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
